With the summer in full flight, most student-athletes are training to improve on their physical skills, strength, endurance, and mental fortitude. It is a time where you sweat, bleed, and damn near cry the most with your teammates. However, it's when you discover what you’re made of and harness true potential.
With that said, I am beginning my summer series around the 10 disciplines that make athletes superior in virtually every single way. This series will dive into each discipline, it’s importance, and how to begin developing it yourself so you can tap into the greatness within you more frequently and maximize your hard work during the off-season. After covering the 10 disciplines, I will be creating an opportunity for athletes who are interested to take part in a coaching experience to help them discover the master within and become greater than the game.
